If you’d like to get a feel of who I am and whether we’d be a good “fit” to work therapeutically together, then book a free 30 minute, no obligation assessment. During this time, you may wish to share with me what’s troubling you and what you hope to get out of a course of therapy.
If I don’t think I’m the right therapist to help you in your unique healing journey I will endeavor to refer you to other therapists or organisations that you could explore working with.

I prefer to offer sessions face-to-face in central Brighton as I feel therapy works best this way - but in special circumstances I offer sessions via telephone or if there are mobility issues I may be able to visit you at home.
It is important to me that people on low incomes have access to therapy. Therefore, I offer a limited number of low-cost sessions to students and those on low incomes – please do not hesitate to get in touch if this is you.
